Most “best order flow software” lists compare advertised prices. Advertised prices are where the traps live: annual rates displayed as monthly, footprint locked behind a higher tier, futures data delayed on the cheap plan, and CME fees billed on top. So we did it the slow way. The ATAS, Bookmap and Sierra Chart numbers below were read off each vendor’s official pricing page in October 2026, and every trap we found is written next to the price. For the other platforms we removed the figures we could not re-check and link to the vendor instead.

Single plan — footprint + heatmap + DOM + GEX
CME data: Reuses your NT / Rithmic feed
The trap: Founding price pre-v1.0, locked while your plan stays active. Crypto feeds free, no broker needed.
Pro, the first plan with real-time futures (free Start plan; Ultra up to €89.95)

The trap: Plans below Pro do not include real-time futures. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

The trap: The famous heatmap is on cheaper tiers; the footprint starts at Global+.

The trap: Check whether a quoted price covers the licence or only an add-on.

The honest answer for a $30/month budget
Strictly under $30/month with real-time futures data, the field is nearly empty. Here are the paths worth checking:
- Senzoukria — $29/month flat. Footprint (delta, imbalance, absorption, CVD), liquidity heatmap, DOM, volume profile and an integrated GEX dashboard in one plan. It reads the futures feed you already pay for: you sign in with Rithmic credentials directly if your account is enabled for Rithmic's R | Protocol API (one market-data session per login). There is no second futures data bill from us; GEX on US equity options uses your own Alpaca or ThetaData key. Manual orders are available only on the direct Rithmic connection; strategy automation is paused on real accounts. Confirm the execution rules for your account: Apex, for example, prohibits automated trading on all account types.
- GoCharting, CME data in the package. GoCharting sells a CME futures package that includes data. Check gocharting.com for the current price and which order flow tools it covers.
- ATAS, real-time futures from Pro. Pro is €69.95/month, or €39.95/month billed annually (excl. VAT). The free Start plan is useful for studying footprint mechanics, but plans below Pro do not include real-time futures.
- NinjaTrader, if you already use it. Order Flow+ is included with a Lifetime plan or sold as an add-on; check ninjatrader.com for current terms and for the depth data your account includes.
Why the premium suites cost more than their entry price
None of this makes ATAS, Bookmap or Sierra Chart bad tools — they are the reference platforms for a reason, and our head-to-head comparisons say so honestly. But their real cost is structural: the platform tier that actually includes footprint (ATAS Pro at €69.95/month excl. VAT, Bookmap Global+ at $99/month, Sierra Chart Package 5, 11 or 12), plus market data billed separately, plus in some cases per-module add-ons. If your budget is $30, you are not choosing between them; you are choosing between the paths above.

- Why do most order flow platforms cost more than their entry price?
- Because the advertised entry price rarely includes what an order flow trader needs. Typical pattern: the entry tier has no footprint (Sierra Chart packages other than 5, 11 and 12; Bookmap Global) or no real-time futures (ATAS plans below Pro), and market data is billed on top. Add the footprint tier, the data and any add-ons before you compare.
