How billing works

What is charged, when, and what happens if you stop. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card.

Today
You create your account, then pay $9 on Stripe for your first 14 days. The app signs in once the payment is confirmed.
Day 14
Your first month starts at $20. Cancel before and nothing more is charged.
Day 44
It renews at $29 a month until you cancel.
You cancel
From your account page; the app’s Account screen opens it. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you are never billed again.
Access ends
The desktop app stops signing in. What is on your computer stays there.
You come back
Before v1.0, at the founding rate again. After v1.0, at the list price of the day.

04

Before you decide

The questions people ask before paying. The answers are the rules, not a pitch.

Is the $9 for 14 days a trial?

No. It pays for your first 14 days: the full app, every feature, no limits. It is charged once when you start. On day 14 your first month renews at $20, then $29 a month, unless you cancel before. Yes, that means a card up front.

Is there a free plan?

No. Installing is free, and the app opens on its sign-in screen. Signing in needs an active plan: monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual or the lifetime licence.

Will the price go up?

For new customers, yes: the list price becomes $49 a month, or $490 a year, when v1.0 ships. If you subscribe before then, you keep $29 a month or $240 a year for as long as your plan stays active. The 3-month and 6-month plans renew at $75 and $138 on the same terms, against $129 and $239 for new customers at v1.0. The licence goes from $890 to $1,490.

Do I pay for market data on top?

Not to us. The app reads a feed you already have: the Rithmic login your prop firm issued. Exchange fees stay between you and your firm or broker. Crypto feeds from Binance, Bybit and Deribit are free; Deribit options are for personal use only, under Deribit’s terms. Databento and ThetaData are paid services you subscribe to yourself; “What you pay elsewhere” on this page says what each one costs.

How many computers can I use?

Two. Each computer takes a place the first time you sign in on it. A computer stops taking a place 7 days after it was last seen, and you can free a place from your account.

Can I combine a creator code with another discount?

No. Stripe takes one discount per checkout. A creator code takes 15% off the first year of the annual plan: $204. On the monthly plan the $9 for 14 days and the $20 first month stay, and the code credits your creator. On the 3-month and 6-month plans the code credits your creator, with no discount. The licence has no discount; the code credits your creator.

Does it run on Mac and Linux?

Yes, in beta. The macOS build is universal (Apple Silicon and Intel) but not signed by Apple yet, so the first launch needs one extra step. A few features are Windows-only for now: local speech recognition for Jarvis, the managed ThetaData terminal, and the NinjaTrader and Quantower bridges.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, once. Your first payment on any plan is refunded in full if you ask support within 14 days, with no reason needed. The refund ends the plan and the access. Renewals are not refunded: you cancel any time from your account and keep the period you paid for. The lifetime licence has its own 30-day guarantee.

How do I pay, and how do I cancel?

By card, on Stripe’s checkout. We never see or store your card. You cancel from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Use it for 14 days. Keep it, or get your money back.

Installing is free; signing in needs a plan. Ask within 14 days and your first payment is refunded, no reason needed. Read what traders say on Trustpilot.
