Support
Where you would open a ticket, and what happens to it once it is open.
Open a ticket
One thread per question, attached to your account so nobody asks you to repeat your trade IDs.
Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored: every field above is disabled while the firm is unlaunched. The form is here so you can see the shape of the support you would get, not to collect anything from you today.
At launch: first response within one business day, and every payout refusal answered in writing with the trade IDs concerned.
Your tickets
2 threads on the demo account — one still open on the payout it concerns, one closed. Both were answered the same day.
| ID | Subject | Opened | Answered in | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SUP-2041 | Payout 2 — confirmation of the cap applied | Jul 24, 2026 | 3h 12m | Answered |
| SUP-1877 | NinjaTrader connection dropped at 15:58 CT | Jul 17, 2026 | 48m | Closed |
A refused payout is never a silent line in a table: every payout refusal is answered in writing, with the trade IDs concerned. That is written into the rulebook, not into a support script.
Faster than a ticket
The complete rulebook answers the majority of the questions a ticket would ask — targets, drawdown, payout caps, the rules that die at qualification. Read it first; you will usually stop there.
