Payout board
What the firm paid out this month — the whole distribution, then the top of the table.
The distribution
Where the 37 paid traders actually landed, on a scale that runs from zero to the largest cheque of the month.
Half of everyone paid this month received $840 or less. That is the number a leaderboard alone would hide.
Read the shaded band as the middle half of paid traders: from $375 at the 25th percentile to $1,960 at the 75th. One quarter earned less than the left edge, one quarter more than the right.
Top of the table
The five largest totals of the period, anonymised to initials and tier. Five rows out of 37 — that is the point of the chart above.
| # | Trader | Tier | Payouts | Total paid |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | A. K. | $50,000 | 3 | $4,000 |
| 2 | M. D. | $50,000 | 3 | $3,620 |
| 3 | J. R. | $50,000 | 3 | $3,480 |
| 4 | S. L. | $50,000 | 3 | $3,150 |
| 5 | T. N. | $50,000 | 3 | $2,900 |
| 18 | R. B.you | $25,000 | 2 | $1,000 |
The demo account sits 18th of 37 with $1,000 — above the median, nowhere near the top five. That is what a normal paid month looks like, and it is the row most leaderboards are built to keep out of sight.
The five largest payouts of the month, next to the distribution behind them. A leaderboard that hides the median is an advert, not a statistic.
These figures belong to the demonstration account. Real payout boards will be published every quarter, with the raw CSV alongside them — see the transparency page.
