ETH contract specifications
The trading unit is 50 ether, valued on the CME CF Ether Reference Rate. The minimum increment is $0.50 per ether, equal to $25 per contract (intermonth spreads trade in $0.05 steps). Delivery is by cash settlement on the reference rate published at 4 p.m. London time on the last trading day. Senzoukria's contract table holds the same tick and multiplier on the CME venue code.
ETH last trading day and next contracts
Trading ends at 4 p.m. London time on the last Friday of the contract month if that day is a business day in the UK or the US; if it is a business day in neither, trading ends on the preceding day that is a business day in either.
On September 25, 2026 the picker already defaults to ETHV6 and still lists ETHU6 with an "exp" badge until September 25, 2026, the last day its engine gives that contract. For ETHV6, the default moves to the next listed month on October 26, 2026 (4 calendar days before October 30, 2026), and ETHV6 stays selectable with its badge until that date.
December 25, 2026 is Christmas Day, so the exchange calendar puts the ETHZ6 last trading day on December 24, 2026. Senzoukria's expiry engine counts Monday to Friday without a holiday table and uses December 25, 2026 instead, so its picker keeps ETHZ6 listed until then.

ETH tick value and P&L arithmetic
- One tick = $0.50 × 50 = $25.
- A $10 move in ether = 20 ticks = $500 per contract.
- The same $10 on MET = $1 per contract.
- One tick of slippage in the automatic backtest costs $25 per contract on each entry.
Reading ETH order flow
With row resolution off, an ETH footprint has one row per $0.50 tick. The fixed steps give 2 ticks = 1, 4 ticks = 2, 8 ticks = 4, 16 ticks = 8, 32 ticks = 16 dollars per row. For comparison, Senzoukria's crypto screen groups the ETHUSDT pairs at a default step of $0.10, a display choice over a much finer exchange quote.
Because the tick is half a dollar, every fixed row step is a whole number of dollars: the 2-tick step gives $1 rows and the 4-tick step $2 rows. MET shares the tick at 0.1 ether per contract, in its own book.
Using ETH in Senzoukria
- Symbol picker on a Rithmic or Databento CME source: type ETH; on September 25, 2026 the listed contract is ETHV6 (October 2026), in the Crypto Futures (CME) family.
- The crypto screen (Binance Spot, Binance Perp, Bybit) is a separate, analysis-only surface; ETH is read through a futures connection, like ES or CL.
- Replay lists ETH in the Crypto (CME futures) group. In the automatic backtest, set Point value ($) to 50; the field defaults to 2.

Frequently asked questions
- How much is one ETH tick worth?
- $25. The tick is $0.50 per ether and the contract covers 50 ether: 0.5 × 50 = $25.
- When does ETHV6 stop trading?
- At 4 p.m. London time on October 30, 2026, the last Friday of October 2026, according to the CME Group calendar.
- How many MET contracts equal one ETH contract?
- Five hundred. ETH covers 50 ether and MET 0.1 ether with the same $0.50 tick, so 500 MET move $25 per tick like one ETH.
