Tradeify and order flow software: the Rithmic rail is a checkout choice

Tradeify accounts only carry Rithmic credentials if the Rithmic rail, sold as Tradesea, was picked at checkout. Accounts opened on the Tradovate rail have no Rithmic login at all, and no system name will make them connect. The firm's Funded Trader Agreement also restricts use to sanctioned platforms, so written confirmation should come before any third-party software touches a funded account.

The rail is decided before you ever open a chart

Tradeify sells accounts on two different technical rails. One routes through Rithmic and is branded Tradesea; the other routes through Tradovate. The choice is made at checkout and it determines, permanently for that account, whether Rithmic credentials exist at all.

This is worth understanding before buying rather than after. A trader who picked the Tradovate rail and then tries to connect a Rithmic platform is not misconfigured: there is nothing to configure. No gateway, no system name and no password will produce a connection, because the account was never provisioned on Rithmic. The fix is a different account, not a different setting.

On the Rithmic rail

Accounts on the Tradesea rail use the system name Tradeify, for both the evaluation and the funded phase, so the connection survives conversion without edits. The feed is the ordinary Rithmic one: trades with an aggressor side, depth of market, historical bars and ticks subject to entitlements, and positions and P&L through the PnL plant.

That is enough to build a footprint chart, a DOM ladder, a liquidity heatmap and a trade journal from the account's own fills.

Read §1.3 before connecting anything

Tradeify's Funded Trader Agreement restricts usage to explicitly sanctioned platforms. That clause is about the firm's relationship with you, and no software can satisfy it on your behalf. Get written confirmation from Tradeify that the platform you intend to use is permitted, and keep it.

The same applies with more force to automation. A platform that can place orders is not a platform that is allowed to place them unattended on a funded account. Senzoukria requires an explicit arming step and a typed confirmation before a strategy may route to a connected account, and it asks the trader to acknowledge that their firm permits automation, but that acknowledgement is a statement by the trader, not a verification by the software.

Frequently asked questions

I have a Tradeify account but no Rithmic login. What went wrong?
Nothing went wrong technically: the account is on the Tradovate rail. Rithmic credentials only exist on accounts bought with the Rithmic rail, sold as Tradesea. The rail is fixed at checkout and cannot be switched by changing a setting in a platform.
Does the system name change when a Tradeify evaluation converts?
No. The system name is Tradeify for both the evaluation and the funded account, so a working connection keeps working after conversion.
Can I run an automated strategy on a Tradeify funded account?
That is a question for Tradeify, in writing. The Funded Trader Agreement restricts use to sanctioned platforms, so confirm that both the platform and unattended automation are permitted before arming anything.
