“History incomplete · available data shown after 5 min” on a Senzoukria crypto chart

What you see

While loading, the chart shows “Step 1/3 · Loading historical candles”, “Step 2/3 · Rebuilding bid × ask from Binance trades” and “Preparing the chart bars.”, with a “Show available data (history may be incomplete)” button. After 5 minutes on Binance, a warning reads “History incomplete · available data shown after 5 min. Loading continues.” or “… The completion failed.” A load error shows “Incomplete history · {source}” with the reason and “Retry loading”.

Why it happens

Real bid × ask levels for past crypto bars are rebuilt from trade archives, day by day, which takes time on long ranges. The 5-minute budget prevents an endless loading cover: the chart shows what exists and continues in the background. When the exchange has not published some requested days, the chart names them rather than drawing over a gap.

How to fix it

• Click “Show available data” to work on what is loaded while the rest continues.
• Use “Retry loading” after an error, or when the background import stopped.
• Reduce “Crypto history and profiles” in the chart’s Trading Settings (1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months) if the first import takes too long.
• Use 30m or higher to display six months; smaller grains are capped.

What it is not

• Not a connection failure to the live feed: live trades keep arriving.
• Not invented data: days not published stay empty and are listed.
