What you see

In the Databento section, the line “Licence (measured on your key)” shows each dataset as “live” or “data until {time} UTC”. Under “Use this key for”, a switch is disabled and explains “Needs a live CME licence on your Databento plan”, or OPRA, or ARCX (SPY). Hovering a dataset shows the error or end date behind it.

Why it happens

A Databento key only opens the datasets of its subscription. On 10 September 2026, a user’s key had CME live but neither OPRA nor ARCX. A switch that enabled a module without a licence would give an empty screen that looks like a calm market, so it stays disabled and the reason is written. The check reads the accessible date range of each dataset, which Databento serves free of charge; a range that reaches the present counts as live.

The GEX module needs two datasets: the options chain from OPRA and the SPY price from ARCX.

How to fix it

Add the missing dataset to your Databento plan, then click “Re-check”.
Use another source for that module meanwhile: Tradier, Alpaca or Market Data for GEX; Tradier or Alpaca for Option Flow; Rithmic or a bridge for the footprint.
Remember that GEX and Option Flow on Databento read OPRA with about 15 minutes of delay: the module labels say “GEX (OPRA, ≈15 min behind)” and “Options flow (OPRA, ≈15 min behind)”.

What it is not

Not a wrong key: an invalid key fails the check with an error instead of showing dates.
Not an app restriction: the licence is measured on your key, not assumed.

When none of this helps, write to support through Menu → Report a problem or on the Senzoukria Discord. Copy the Licence line and the tooltip error of the dataset that fails.
