“No loss-side exit received” or “exit quantity to check” on the Senzoukria trading desk
The protections stage of the trading desk counts a stop only when the broker lists it among the working orders with the position’s full quantity. “No loss-side exit received” means no such order was reported; “exit quantity to check” means one exists but its quantity differs.

What you see
With an open position, the Protections stage reads “No loss-side exit received” or “{missing}: exit quantity to check”. The “Exit orders received” panel shows “none received” for the loss-side or profit-side exit, and may count “{n} other working orders on this side”.
Why it happens
The desk matches working orders to each position by account, exchange, instrument and closing side. A closing-side order with a stop price is the loss-side exit; a closing-side limit counts as the profit-side exit only if it sits on the profitable side of the entry, otherwise it is a loss-side exit. The stop must cover the position’s full remaining quantity, or the stage asks you to check the quantity. The panel is a read-only mirror: it places, modifies and cancels nothing, and “Receipt does not guarantee coverage or execution.”
How to fix it
- Check in the working orders table that a stop exists for this account and contract, on the closing side.
- If you added contracts, adjust the stop quantity to the new position size.
- If the stop was placed on the broker’s own platform, wait for the broker to report it; the desk shows only what it receives.
- Place a stop from the ticket, the DOM or the chart if none exists.
What it is not
- Not a guarantee when green: a received stop can still be rejected or slip.
- Not a cross-account check: exits are matched per account and per contract.
When to contact support
If the problem persists, contact support through Menu → Report a problem (it works without being signed in), or on the Senzoukria Discord. Include the position size, the stop order as the working orders table shows it, and the account.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the desk place a stop for me?
- No. The protections panel only reads what the broker reports; it sends nothing.
- Why is my limit order counted as a loss-side exit?
- A closing limit below a long entry (or above a short entry) takes a loss if filled, so it is classified as a loss-side exit, not a target.
