Can I sign in directly in a detached window?

No. Detached windows reuse the main window’s session and have no sign-in form.

Why did my session end?

Common reasons are signing out, more than 30 minutes without a successful renewal, or a definitive refusal from the licence server. The main window’s sign-in screen shows the reason.

Detached Senzoukria windows share the session of the main window. When no session exists, a detached chart shows “Sign in in the main window to open charts.” and other detached modules ask you to sign in there and reopen the view.

What you see

A detached chart window shows only “Sign in in the main window to open charts.” A detached heatmap, DOM, news, GEX or assistant window shows “Open the main window and sign in, then reopen this view.”

Why it happens

Detached windows do not have a sign-in form. On opening, they read the current session from the app; when there is none, because the session ended, you signed out, or the main window has not signed in yet, they stop at this message instead of showing a half-working module. Sessions end after 30 minutes without a successful renewal, or immediately on a definitive refusal such as an expired subscription.

How to fix it

Bring the main Senzoukria window forward and sign in with your web account email and password.
Close the detached window and detach the module again from the main window.
If the main window keeps signing out, read its sign-in error: an expired subscription or a machine limit is shown there.

What it is not

Not a broker problem: this is the Senzoukria account session.
Not lost settings: layouts and pages are kept.
