“trading is disabled on this connection profile”: enable order routing in Senzoukria
Senzoukria refuses to place or modify an order when the connection profile has its Trading toggle off, which is the default on funded accounts. Cancelling orders and flattening stay allowed because they only reduce risk.
Senzoukria · Troubleshooting · Updated September 2026
At a glance
- Backend message
- “trading is disabled on this connection profile — enable it explicitly in the connection settings (it defaults to OFF on funded accounts)”
- Ticket message
- “Trading is disabled on “{name}”.”
- Still allowed
- Cancel an order, Flatten all
- Where to change it
- Trading toggle on the connection card (Account → Broker Connections)
What you see
An order sent from the ticket, the quick ticket, the DOM or the chart comes back with “trading is disabled on this connection profile — enable it explicitly in the connection settings (it defaults to OFF on funded accounts)”. The quick ticket and the compact order pad may already be greyed out with “Trading is disabled on “{name}”.”
Why it happens
Every place and modify order checks the profile’s trading flag in the backend, before anything reaches the broker, and reads it fresh on each order so a toggle applies instantly. On Funded environments the flag is off by default: the wizard warns that order routing stays disabled on the profile until you enable it from the connection card, while market data and the account feed are unaffected. Linking orders into an OCO bracket follows the same rule. Cancelling and Flatten all are always allowed on a live connection, because blocking them would protect nothing.
How to fix it
- Open Account → Broker Connections and find the card of the connection you trade.
- Switch on its Trading toggle (tooltip: “Allow order routing on this connection”).
- On a funded account the app asks for confirmation: ““{name}” is a FUNDED account. Enable live order routing on it? Orders placed here affect your real drawdown.” Confirm only if you intend to trade it from Senzoukria.
- Send the order again. No restart is needed.
What it is not
- Not a broker rejection: the order never left the app.
- Not a prop-firm rule. Whether your firm allows trading from a third-party platform is a question for the firm; the toggle only controls Senzoukria.
When to contact support
If the message comes back after these steps, report it from Menu → Report a problem or on the Senzoukria Discord. If the toggle is on and the message persists, say which window you traded from and whether the profile was just renamed or recreated; a profile that no longer exists is refused with “profile no longer exists”.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I still close a position while trading is disabled?
- Yes. Cancel and Flatten all are risk-reducing and allowed on a live connection even when the Trading toggle is off.
- Why is it off by default on funded accounts?
- Because an order there affects a real drawdown. The app makes enabling it an explicit, confirmed action on that profile.
